Hyderabad: In a move to enhance public transportation, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Greater Hyderabad Zone has introduced eight new metro express buses on Route 24E, running from ECIL X Road to Secunderabad. The service, which began on June 3, aims to provide a more efficient and convenient travel option for commuters in the region.

These new buses are scheduled to pass through several key locations, including Rao Nagar, Sainikpuri, the Shopping Complex, Ammuguda, Naga Devatha Temple, Lal Bazaar, Karkhana, and JBS. This route has been strategically planned to cater to the diverse needs of passengers, ensuring connectivity to significant residential, commercial, and religious sites.

To maximize convenience, the buses will operate with a frequency of every 13 minutes. The first bus departs from ECIL X Road at 5:53 am, and the final bus for the day leaves at 9 pm. In the opposite direction, the first bus from Secunderabad to ECIL X Road will commence at 6:30 am, with the last service of the day departing at 8:52 pm.
